We loved the location, the atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful.
The home is old, felt dirty, there was food behind the couches, empty water bottles behind the master nightstand and just not a clean feeling. The sheets were provided but they were old, bedding is old, everything is old. Towels seemed brand new.
The bathrooms are a bit strange, there is one bath downstairs and then a toilet and shower for another. No sink. Two bedrooms downstairs; one had bunkbeds the other has two twins. Upstairs the only shower is in the master bedroom. Master is huge and has a lovely view. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs. The master has a king bed, one has a queen and the other two have 2 twin beds. There is a half bath upstairs as well.
We had a hard time finding out from the rental company what was provided with the house. The kitchen is very small but pretty well stocked, cookies sheets, assortment of bowls, pots, pans, baking dishes, toaster, several appliances, etc. no whisk, or spatula. Toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex are NOT provided.
The garage is small, really does not hold two cars. Only if both cars are small and then you might have to crawl out the window because you can't open the door. The owner has bikes in the garage which block the parking.
The dock was great, we kayaked and took our boat around each night which was very relaxing. The high tide did overflow on the last night onto the patio. There are drains but the water sits for a while. BBQ was great, next time we would BBQ more since the kitchen is so small. Termites in picnic tabl
Brenna was nice to work with but did not get back right away. We sent in our contract and did not hear for a few days if things went through or not. They are not that familiar with this property so she could not give me a lot of answers so that is why I chose to write such a long review.
We had a nice time, this home accommodated our family well. Loved being on the water and it was

310 Rialto offers an exceptional opportunity to sit on the ocean shore and play in the ocean and also explore the bay. It's a great home for lots of people. It's simple living, takes you back to the 60-70's with furniture and appliances but very homey atmosphere. We love it there!

Great except for the very grumpy man across the bay that does not like anyone to speak outloud no matter what time of day.
